Mortgage loan

Documents required to obtain a mortgage loan:
Document proving the identity of the applicant.

Certificate of receipt of a civil service license plate or absence of a license plate (as required).

Certificate of ownership of the property to be purchased (copy).

Certificate from the passport department about the persons registered in the acquired apartment, apartment house, private house.

Certificate from the applicant's place of work about the average monthly income received by the applicant (the calculation is made in the context of the last 12 months).

Document(s) confirming the ownership of the property offered as collateral (copy).

A document certifying the applicant's identity.

It is important to know
The documents must not be older than 15 days at the time of acceptance.

Depending on various circumstances, additional documents and information may be required.

The statement should contain the amount of the client's net monthly salary/income after taxes, address of the place of work, phone numbers, signature and stamp of the head of the organization issuing the statement, statement number, month of issue, date.
